Rates
Our pricing is based on per minute of audio
- Standard rate of $1.20 per audio minute of clear audio, with one to two speakers and a 24-48 hour turnaround time.
- If you require a quote other than the above (e.g., a transcription of a conference with eight people involved), please contact us through the contact page.
- Please note all prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Note: 24-48 hour turnaround rule applies to 1-2 speaker files that are up to one hour long. There may be a longer turn around for longer files. Please note poor quality audio may result in a delay.
We do not offer refunds, as we work with our clients to get the best possible transcript in the quickest possible tme and at the best rate. Should there be extenuating circumstances we will discuss on a case by case basis.
